Transfer News LATEST: Ronaldo and Falcao On The Spot

The European Football League season just ended with various countries presenting familiar clubs as league champions. In the EPL, Chelsea FC emerged as the new league Champions after 5 years while in Spain, Germany, Italy and France, familiar foes like Barcelona FC, FC Bayern Munich, Juventus FC, PSG football club retained their Championship status.

The stage is set now for 2015/2016 Championship league and Europa Cup season but not without player transfers. The season is going to witnesses players moving from one club to the other in search of Cup glories. We should see managers moving to help certain clubs redeem their glories as well and a few of them booted out for bad performances.


John Caver Gets The Boot
Sacked John Carver paid the price for taking Newcastle United to the brink of the Championship as new boss Steve McClaren prepares for a fresh start at St James’ Park.
It was confirmed on Tuesday that head coach Carver and first-team coach Steve Stone had parted ways with the club after a disastrous second half to the season in which they only avoided relegation on the final day.
eSportainment understands owner Mike Ashley will pay around £1.5million in severance payments to the pair, who had more than five years to run on their contracts.

Casillas nears Real exit door

eSportainment: Iker Casillas is closer than ever to leaving Real Madrid this summer allowing David De Gea to become the club’s undisputed number one when he signs next week.




De Gea should complete his switch to Spain after leaving international duty with Spain on Sunday, and as he comes in, Casillas will depart after 16 years at the club.



Alongside the appointment of Steve McClaren as their new manager, Newcastle United have also announced changes to the club's board of directors. 
Owner Mike Ashley has relinquished his own position, while finance director John Irving will leave St James' Park altogether.  
In their place, McClaren, chief scout Graham Carr and club ambassador Bob Moncur - Newcastle's last captain to lift a major trophy, the Inter Cities Fairs Cup in 1969 - will assume roles on the board, joining managing director Lee Charnley.

De Gea to Real Madrid?
Spanish newspaper Marca are reporting that David de Gea is set to join Real Madrid in a deal worth up to €30 million.
The paper state De Gea is 'very close to becoming a Real Madrid player', with an initial fee of €25million. If the deal goes through, he will become the most expensive goalkeeper in Real Madrid's history


 Kevin Wimmer: 'To play for a club like Tottenham is an honour'
Tottenham's new centre-back signing Kevin Wimmer has spoken out about his move to north London. 
He told the official site: 'To play for a club like Tottenham is an honour. I’m looking forward to getting the chance to play at a big club like this.
'I think I can get better and better. I’m really looking forward to joining the team and I hope I will fit in well.
'I remember watching the game against Arsenal when Tottenham won 2-1, that was amazing. The atmosphere is special.'


Swansea City have announced the signing of Andre Ayew on a free transfer after his deal with Marseille came to an end.
The Ghanaian has agreed a four-year-deal with Garry Monk's side as they continue to make positive strides in the summer transfer window.

West Ham, Newcastle and Bayer Leverkusen all held an interest in the midfielder but he's opted for a move to the Liberty Stadium.

Aston Villa chief executive Tom Fox has confirmed Christian Benteke will be offered a new contract this summer to try to stave off interested clubs.
Benteke's current contract has two years left to run and Villa manager Tim Sherwood has revealed the terms contain a buyout clause thought to be £32.5million.
The striker signed that deal in July 2013 to end speculation linking him with a move to Tottenham and Villa now hope to pull off a similar manoeuvre this summer.

His haul included the fastest hat-trick in Premier League history when Southampton ran out 6-1 winners against Aston Villa in May.
