Chelsea Fc and Nigeria’s Super Eagles star Mikel John Obi thinks future, ventures into real estate business in Nigeria. Mikel is reported to be in partnership with a Nigerian bank to build over 100 Units of houses somewhere at Ajah Badore.

He plans to call it Chelsea Estate complete with a multipurpose hall and recreational facilities.
